At this time Mellow Aquatics accepts PayPal, credit cards (PayPal account not required even tho credit card transacation process by them), and money orders. Mellow Aquatics does not accept personal checks.
Money orders are accepted if mailed promptly* to the following address:

*Promptly means sending the money order within 24 hours of placing the order, sending an email to notify us it's in the mail, and having the money order delivered within 3 business days of placing the order.
Please make out the money order to "Mellow Aquatics".
If money orders are not received within 3 business days, Mellow Aquatics reserves the right to sell the ordered items to other customers and return your money order.
Shipping must be scheduled for a date no more than 7 days from the time of placing the order. A 2% daily hold fee will be charged for each day over 7 days that we hold your fish.
We rarely make mistakes. However, in the event of a mistake in holding or sending the items ordered, we will not be held liable for the mistake beyond sending a refund.

We ship orders to arrive on the date customers request according to transit times provided by carriers. Few packages arrive late. However, if a package is late and the merchandise unaffected, Mellow Aquatics is not obligated to provide refunds.

| Live healthy delivery guaranteed. Problems rarely occur but if you have a problem with an order contact us for resolution. Resolution details depend on specific circumstances. Mellow Aquatics reserves the right to make the final decision on how resolution is made but considers customer wishes in making the final decision and will try to offer options for resolution satisfactory to both the customer and Mellow Aquatics. |

| Mellow Aquatics shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax
for orders to be delivered to addresses within the same state. For
orders shipped to other states, you are solely responsible for all
sales taxes or other taxes. |

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to any type of error, Mellow Aquatics shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Mellow Aquatics shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and payment made. If payment has already been made for the purchase and the order canceled, Mellow Aquatics shall issue a refund for the amount actually paid.

Mellow Aquatics does not have a minimum order. However, customers should consider that for small orders, the cost of shipping may be greater than the merchandise.
