Before Payment

Mellow Aquatics will send an invoice to the person
writing the first email requesting an item. We will
hold that item for 24 hours after invoicing. If unpaid
after 24 hours, we will put the item up for sale
again to the next person in line.

After Payment

We will hold fish until the agreed-upon ship date.
Ship dates must be within 7 days of invoicing. If a
customer wants us to hold the fish longer, we will
charge a daily hold fee of 2% per day beginning on
the 8th day.
